4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Available up to 14 days before course commencement
• 50% Refund: Available 7-14 days before course commencement
• No Refund: Within 7 days of course commencement
• Transfers: Course transfers are permitted up to 7 days before commencement (subject to availability)

5.1 Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential for course completion. We reserve the right to deny course completion certificates for excessive absences.

All participants must:

• Participate actively and constructively
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal information
• Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines

5.3 Disruptive Behavior

We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

All course materials, content, and intellectual property provided by Avvals Gher remain our exclusive property. This includes:

• Video and audio recordings

6.2 Usage Rights

Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal learning purposes only. Commercial use, redistribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Recording and Photography

Recording of course sessions by participants is prohibited unless explicit written permission is granted. We may record sessions for quality assurance and training purposes.
